How desperate can you get?!
A Saudi guy was caught trying to smuggle a Russian woman (most likely a prostitute) from Dubai to Riyadh.
Quite an exciting road trip, isn’t it?
I’m not really a big fan of exposing these kinds of pictures online, unless it’s for a good cause and not just for the sake of showing such pictures off, cheap tabloid-paper style. The way certain Arab men (not just Saudis, but this practice seems to be most popular amongst them) treat women, especially foreign* women who are left with hardly any rights, is disgraceful. These women, even if they are prostitutes by choice, need to be treated better than this. There are many crimes committed against prostitutes here and no one is willing to fight it, mainly because people tend to think that prostitutes ask for it by agreeing to be “sex slaves” to begin with. It’s worth noting that a lot of these women weren’t even given the choice to be prostitutes; they were manipulated, brutalized and forced into such a deal. It’s a horrid crime and human traffickers always get away with it in the Arab world because not enough people care to stop it. None of the politicians are making this dreadful issue a high priority.
*Mostly Asian and Eastern European. In Bahrain, our government puts the interests of American and British citizens living here ahead of Bahraini citizens. And people from India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are treated like 2nd class citizens who continue living in horrid conditions.
Here are some articles that you may find interesting:

We plan on making more documentaries in the future to help increase awareness on the issue, but after some research I found hundreds of documentaries concerning human traficking in numerous languages. Yet the problem keeps getting ignored by the masses. If awareness doesn’t help, what will? What other options do we have in order to stop this crime from happening as often?

Just out of curiosity, how far is the drive?
I don’t think it’s possible for her to sit through the entire ride which is at least 4 hours long. The last time this happened, one driver admitted to stopping somewhere 5 or 10 minutes before the checkpoint in order to cram a smuggled child in. I’m assuming this is what the driver did.
I’m not even sure if this woman wanted to leave the country. I mean think about it. She was in Dubai – the Las Vegas of the Middle East. What the hell is she going to do in Riyadh?
i feel hurted when i see this pics cause that we are still treat women as slaves , if you publish this article in arabic in any arabic web sites you will read such comments that may say that she must accept this bad deal because that she choose this way !!! .
women in arabic countries face very bad treatments , men mostly look at women as sex object , so they took that into thir accounts when they deal with them , within the family we find the father or the brothers try to obligate the female members by force to move into limits ( may be social or relegious … but the social one is the most ) , in work or studying institution we note that women suffer more from many problems which happened basically because that they are females , many sick men ( Not exaggeration to say that they are the majority ) look at women as a potential sex partner , many of my friends was suffer from this bad view , many of them forced to left their coledges or jobs .
when we talk about protistitution on our countries , we note that we live in ypocrist space , we denied our facts , we see our selves as angels , we can not look at our selves in mirror because that we hate the transparency , so do not surpried when you see such photos like this cause that it is the normal result of the double behaviour living styles .
