It's a form of what we call in French "le délit de sale gueule" (crime of bad face).. I hope this could simply stop but it will need time... For the moment it's the same everywhere I fear. For example, here (in Belgium), when a 17 years boy was kill in a train station a few months ago to steal its Ipod, it was asked to the local mosques and the muslims communite to help to find the responsibles of this crime... Finally they were young people from some european country... I hope ebsite as this one working for a beter understanding will help slowly...
