We are young digital natives reaching out across seemingly impenetrable national, social, political, ethnic, and sectarian barriers, employing the freedom created by media platforms to demand and create our own civil discourse.

The Middle East Interfaith Blogger Network is now LAUNCHED!

Finally, after months of planning, the site is now up and running! I’m over-joyed. It’s looking beautiful, thanks to our beloved web surgeon, Sankar! He spent days writing plugins completely from scratch in order to make the website function in the format we need it to be in. I appreciate his efforts greatly and if he ever runs for president, he has my vote. And yours, because you just love this new site, so much that you want to add one of our banners to the sidebar of your blog!

I owe a big THANKS to the following wonderful people:

- Jesse Sage for keeping us on track. If it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have come this far with ME Faith. Thanks for everything.
- Marwa for writing and editing a glossary of terms and sending us all the required information about interfaith calendars and gatherings.
- Leah for her encouragement, interest, and great contributions. Leah’s also one of my inspirations for wanting to work on this.
- Esther for her suggestions, editing work, and continuous support.
- Drima for just being around when I need him to be.
- Nuri for expressing great interest in the project and for serving as our content manager from now on.

The above is the core team for ME Faith. Find out more in our ‘Positions’ page.

We have MUCH more planned for the site, including the following:

- Award contest for the best interfaith entries, complete with prizes and a judging panel
- Vent space for concerns, worries, heated religious discussions, etc.
- Monthly podcast interviews with participants
- Musical downloads of songs of various religious communities (compilation album.)

The above are just a few examples mostly suggested by Jesse. My job is to add more to the list and make it all possible.

You can put your suggestions and requests on hold for now, we have worked way too hard on this and both Sankar and I are only accepting praise until we’re ready to go through all that again.

Please support us by getting the word out, we really need help in that department. Make sure it’s known that it’s a project of Mideast Youth.

Enjoy ME Faith! It will be updated daily with new feeds.
