Two girls in Lebanon and Israel discuss post-war concerns
I don’t really take the UN seriously, nor did I ever feel the need to republish any of their podcasts, but I think this is a very good exception:

Very nice experience for these two. Engineering and music majors are good combinations.
The enormous forces that dominate and confuse the direction of their lives at this moment. This will only be “temporary” but the question is, How long is “temporary”?
Neither sounds like much of a killer to me…perhaps they can beat people with the flute and slide rule?
To me this conversation touches on the utter tragedy of so many conflicts…and we preceive the other side as being so enormously different.
What a waste of pain, resources and our youth. Too bad we have mostly failed at finding a better way…but this world history…not just ME history..
One another note…most here pretty much grew up with the Internet. A conversation like this…so difficult to put together and impossible to disseminate just ten years ago…is like brushing your teeth today. To me…it is a miracle. Those of us that have taken the time here to speak up and to listen have found a connection, herefore unheard of.
You have to read about the WWI Christmas Peace…kind of reminds me of it.
