Now, I say that since there was a long time opression of jews in europe (as you have pointed out), and this opression had a cause which was a social hatred of them within some special groups of Europeans (as some analysts say), then IF these 2 conditions follow the same pattern, we should see a kind of opression of palestinians within the Israeli society (somehow a kind of racism, etc), and this phenomenon could not happen in 50 or 100 years, then we should be able to trace it back to a long time before Israel's establishment within jewish communities, which is really hard to be proven.
