Of course the documentary leaves out the role the United States has played in fueling the violence in Sudan See http://allthingspass.com/journalism.php?jid=165
and
http://www.engdahl.oilgeopolitics.net/Geopolitics___Eurasia/Oil_in_Africa/oil_in_africa.html

Some of the peace keeping forces of the African Union come from countries where there is still violence going on. Yet people do not want to address this.

The violence in the Congo and surrounding countries has resulted in millions of deaths and displaced people. There are mass rapes and sex slavery and slave labor being exploit. But why doesn’t Central Africa get the same attention as Darfur?. Is it because Western countries benefit from the Diamonds and natural resources they extract from this region?

Most of the attention that Darfur gets is done by phonies crying crocodile tears, I have written in my blog about how the plight of war refugees has been exploited by imperial activists. See http://gettingtruth.blogspot.com/2007/05/first-image-is-cover-of-book-about.html

[...] It’s the first documentary of its kind by an Arab about Darfur. It’s very vivid and it comes with tons of interviews. Those who understand Arabic will find it extremely revealing (non-Arabic speakers, don’t worry there are English subtitles). Click here. [...]
