Does anyone have hard data on just how much popular support Ahmadinejad really has? Iranian Americans have told me he was elected for the same reason as Gorge Bush: the alternatives were even worse.

Secular intellectual are disappointed by the number of Muslim supporters that endorse this criminal regime. Simply amazing that the regime might be keeping them well supplied from its spoils-trough or just give them a certain right to play “Islamic” democracy.

Have you been around Wahhabis who think the Iranian regime is illegitimate?

Do not criticise Ahmadinejad, condemn the whole IRI

Not clown Ahmadinejad, but all those people who believe in Khomeini and his political belief system have pulled Iran into such mess, such Islamist thugs like Ahamadinejad, such a degree of hatred and intolerance towards our oppressed people.

Civilisation is by excellence right of secular democracy. Understanding and respect toward any idea, which is a fruit of secular humanism, it cannot be reduced to some Islamic hotchpotch of Khomeini's followers. I wonder how these believers of Sharia and jihad would patch their belief system with "Islamic" democracy.

If an Iranian citizen does not now unconditionally accept gender equality, pluralism, faith-freedom, the most basic individual rights namely, of personal clothes and looks, what would be the next step if had the power, public hanging of other thinkers???

At best, "IR followers" dare to stand up to criticise a scapegoat, Ahmadfinejad, of "democratic IRI". While the Supreme Leader, Khomeini, and “holy” Islam remain intact.

Secular intellectual are disappointed by the number of Muslim supporters that endorse this criminal regime. Simply amazing that the regime might be keeping them well supplied from its spoils-trough or just give them a certain right to play "Islamic" democracy.

How appalling and morally bankrupt and unethical can these Muslims be to handle with such a murderous and ruinous regime?

Pff it's obvious "president" Ringo is as fixed on his own reality as much as "president" Alfred E Neuman. It's also pretty obvious that, given his whole little "evil Mr. Rogers" wardrobe, he doesn't benefit from the advice that a globosexual advisor could give. Well, at least we acknowledge that gays exist here in the Evil Republic of Canada, although we do oppress them horribly by not establishing a national Pride holiday (June doesn't have a day off! We should make it in June!)
