I’m glad you didn’t show pics of the Dubai skyline! Lol! I definitely dig local arts and their preservation. I got some ideas on how to do up my villa with more local flavor.

As for Dubai skyline.. I think we see alot of it posted almost everywhere that we forget the culture sometimes..
It is nice to include some touches of our culture into our modern homes.. I agree.. they are so rich and colourful..
My mom obsesses over cultural preservation. We never eat a single meal on the table – has to be done traditionally on the floor or else. After many years she finally let my father modernize our house a bit. People were getting concerned, haha.
I understand why she does this though, we look at Dubai and we fear we’re next.
