However, up to this point, no success has been made between the two sides. In February, Iran postponed security talks with Iraq for the fourth time. The Huffington Post reports that attempts to negotiate are strictly Iraqi efforts. Iranians show little to no interest in participation in negotiations: "this is the fourth time that we agreed on a date and they don't show up."
