Introducing MEYcast

April 26th, 2008Kawthar (Sudan)

Podcasts are a novel and personal form of communicating thoughts and ideas. Over the past years, Mideast Youth’s podcasts have proven to be very successful, drawing debates, raising awareness and introducing noteworthy individuals.

But one of the limitations of mey’s podcasting feature was that submissions were restricted to authors registered with us. Not anymore, with the introduction of MEYcast – Mideast Youth’s own podcasting service.

MEYcast will serve as a central site for our podcasts, and will allow users from across the globe to use our platform to feature their podcasts. Naturally, submissions will be restricted to those relating to the Middle East, or touching upon subjects Mideast Youth tackles, such as human rights abuses, interfaith endeavours and so on.

Below is a short demonstration of MEYcast and its features by Esra’a. We look forward to receiving your submissions!
