I don't think our city is even at that figure yet for the year, and we've had record snowfalls and bad weather, drunk drivers and diplomats whipping around with legal impunity. Mabye a national liscencing commission staffed by former traffic cops is called for.. Hey, look on the bright side, think how dangerous it would be if women were allowed to drive there..
