Most true opponents were massacred or forced to exile. Their voice is tended to be suffocated by Khomeinists, who are either for or against the current regime in Tehran. Summons issued by the international judicial authorities have an encouraging impact on the psyche of people in Iran and causes a further isolation of the criminal regime in Iran. If the humanitarian interests prevail upon western economic interests, such summons will be all righteously issued. Russia and China cannot remain for a long time as the only co-partners of the Mullahs' State Mafia. Madmax

Do not get me wrong, I support such an initiative. However, Nuremburg occured at the end of WW2 when Germany had little power. That is not the case in Iran currently. If the IRI resists and conflict ensues, the innocent will suffer and the IRI will use that as a propaganda tool to further enfore their grip on the nation.
