I was in Israel and Palestine recently looking at water supplies (or lack of) to a Bedouin community in South Hebron. Conserving the environment is one area where Israelis and Palestinians can cooperate. There were a number of projects started by the Middle Eastern branch of Friends of the Earth which recieved support from both the Israeli and Jordanian governments.
