Nissim,
I had no idea this site existed 72 hours ago. I am learning what it's all about. I simply stated in a civil way that I thought it was poignant. Judging by other comments here and other articles elsewhere in this site, a hardhat appears to be a necessary accessory here.

Samah,
Verbally attacking and insulting seems to be the key communications tactic here. I'll take my licks and endeavor not to follow suit.

Thanks to everyone for allowing me to peak in from time to time. Two have taken me up on beverages in DC -- looking forward to meeting more of you down the road...

Nice article and “human” feelings!! Mr. Nissim.

Sami, I almost fell off my chair when I thought you might be giving me a compliment. But then, as I read on, I realized that I had a long way to go to win you over.

Whom should I, the crazy bedouin. blame for demolishing my home in Ashdod and cicking me out of my home land?

I don't know who to blame for that, Sami. The blame game can get pretty tricky you know. Everybody seems to come up with a good argument, and no one seems to get anywhere fast. What I can do is to help you build a new house someday. It may be Ashdod, or it may be somewhere else, hopefully somewhere you like. I'm a pretty good builder, if I say so myself, but I'm not as good winning the blame game.

You are lucky … I am not chosen!!!

In the past, we were "chosen" for all sorts of things...not all of them pretty.

You are like those who weep a whale dying in the Pasefic while supporting the ongoing killing in Iraq and Afganstan !!!

I have enough tears for all three, but I'd rather do something about them instead.

What JUSTICE dear !!!

The justice that will come from realizing a Vision of Hope, a vision of Peace, Prosperity, and Freedom.

I’m sorry that my fellow commentors aren’t as open to divergent views.

William, with all due respect, I happen to support Israel very much, and I feel quite at home on this site. People don't always agree with me, but that's the point. Isn't it? We can disagree, but if we remain somewhat civil about it, then maybe we can learn from one another, and come up with a formula that works for us both. Isn't that ultimately what peace will require?

Very poignant article. Thank you for sharing it. I’m sorry that my fellow commentors aren’t as open to divergent views.

Says the person who reacted to respectful criticism of his opinions by verbally attacking and insulting everybody. :)

We are sorry that the only views you accept are your own and that you're not man enough to refute any without personal insults and threats.

What will you do William Daroff, tweet about this too?

This is the look for justice Mr. Nissim !!!

You are like those who weep a whale dying in the Pasefic while supporting the ongoing killing in Iraq and Afganstan !!!

You are looking for justice? What justice? justice for "Aam Yezrael" on his "promised land"?

What about justice for the others, who are still being massacred and still there homes are demolished in Jerusalem and everywhere? What JUSTICE dear !!!

Nice article and "human" feelings!! Mr. Nissim.

However,
How would you adress a collective merder? who would you blame for demolishing 530 Palestinian villages and towns? To whome the 5 million Palestinian refugees who where cicked out of there homes and massacred everywhere, would complain? How can an oppressed people comprehend the on going crimes commited against him? Whom should I, the crazy bedouin. blame for demolishing my home in Ashdod and cicking me out of my home land?

There is a racist race rampaging the land here and egradating all the others, all the nonjews, all the gentiles, all the Goim.... But "Aam Yesrael"? how come can we blame them? they are the cherished "Chosen People" of God..... neah!! You are lucky ... I am not chosen!!!

Look at the same crime committed by arabs and by jews to see how the arabs are doomed to eternity while the killer jews are released a few years later.... and if the murdered is and arab and the killer is jew !! the hell, why should they emprison a jew for a dirty arab... that finally: "the good arab is the dead one" as our zionist cousins say and practice !!!

Sami, the bedouin.
