THAT is the issue here. racism. and THAT is a crime. so, therfore, this woman has commited racism and that shuld be punished if anything should. as many women who have been truly raped will tell you, it is fear of bodily harm and trauma..it is about violence and rage....not sex. this is a travesty! rape involves force or the intent of force involving a whole range of intent. however, to accuse someone of rape because of his/her ethnicity is absurd! should not have ever been taken seriously enough to get to court. this is racism at it’s worst!
