Zain: Come back..happy and disappointing! after taking all the street’s neighbors hostages
Officer: False alarm, excuse us!

In his note Zain writes about the irony of the release of his whole neighborhood male residence that was made by mistake….shocking? No. This is the true story of incompetence and failure.
The Irony is that after 48 hours of the state kidnapping Zain’s family, and the neighbors from the whole block, and after non-stop searches for hours from one department, to another, using all network of contacts, we found out that all my street neighbors are detained at the Anti Terrorism Unit. Honestly, I don’t know how they earned this name, when they managed to terrorize a whole population of our neighborhood. The combat unit that raided us, called the Golden Company, is working under direct command of Maliki (Iraq PM and supreme commander of Armed forces) , or they call it as trained by US army (the Dirty company) or GOLDEN!!!
Once they were released, the detainees were asked by the officer to forgive the misunderstanding, as the Unit’s secret agent misinformed them. He also added that 90% of the other detainees are innocent, arrested by mistake. The Unit knows it, but they will not let the prisoners out soon, since procedures of release might take up to six months, even for innocent. It’s good that our efforts to contact few well connected personnel helped release innocent people in no time. The officer said that for this you have to thank god.
As for charges pressed against our neighbors, uncle and grandfather, they sounded the most pathetic and hilarious:
Our neighbor, who raises chicken in his backyard was charged with kidnapping!
My 78-year-old Grandfather, no charges pressed against him, but he was asked for explosive devices!
My Uncle was charged with Terrorism.
My committed to prayers neighbor, who never goes to any mosque out of fear, and prays in his own house, charged for dealing Hashish, and being a drug addict (he had the worst share of torture, as he answered them back word by word in the beginning)
The other neighbor was accused of being an alQaida member. The irony is that the same man was held by Saddam security thugs back then and charged with being a member of the Da’wa party (one of the exiled opponent groups then, originally a shiite cleric followers, Maliki is one of them). His wife said that under the torture of Saddam’s thugs, he confessed that he is a member of the Da’wa party, even though he wasn’t. So she was sure that he’ll confess under torture of the dirty company that he’s a member of AlQaida! when he came out he said that they showed him photos of alQaida leaders, and he was almost confessed.

بعد ساعت من الخوف الذي استمر 48 ساعة من اختطاف الدولة لعائلتي وجيراني وبعد ساعات من البحث وجدنا
الشارع محتجز لدى مكافحة الارهاب حقيقة لا اعلم كيف اطلقت هذه التسمية عليهم وهم ارهبو شارع باكمله والفرقة الذهبية هي من داهمت الخاصة بالمالكي رشيس وزراء وقائد القوات المسلحة العراقية(الفرقة القذرة)نعم ذهبية اطلق سراحهم وابلغوهم هذا خطئ بسيط من المخبر السري نرجو ان تحللو ذمتنا واخبر ظابط التحقيق خالي 90 بالمية من الحتجزين اخطاء واحمد ربك انه لديكم واسطة لتخرجكم بعد انتهاء التحقيق مباشرة لان عملية اطلاق سراح الابرياء تستمر 6 اشهر روتنيا اما عن التهم فهذا اكثر ما اضحكني
جارنا مربي الدجاج اتهم باختطاف
جدي البالغ 78 لم توجه تهمة لكن سال عن العبوات الاسقة
خالي ارهاب
جاري المتدين الذي لايزور دور العبادة خوفا ويصلي في داره بانه تاجر حشييش ومدمن مخدرات (هذه اكثر تهمة اضحكتني) وهو اكثر رجل اخذ حصته من التعذيب كونه جاوبهم بقوة
اما جاري الاخر اتهم بالارهاب والقاعدة لكن المضحك هذا عضو القاعدة محبوس لدى الامن العامة زمن صدام حسين بتهمة الدعوة الذي اعترف تحت التعذيب رغم لم يكن منتمي فزوجته قالت سيعترف منجديد لانه تحت التعذيب يعترف باي شي ومن الجدير بالذكر عرضت لهو صور من القاعدة وسالة عن علاقته بهم
اشكر جميع الاصدقاء الذين اطمئنو ووقفو معي وسالو باستمرار عني
