Education Without Values

Incredible advancement has been made in a number of steps of life. While, on the other hand, painful sufferings such as deficiency, inequality, violence and contamination still stay behind in this amalgamate planet. This dilemma increasing day-by-day and the reason behind this is only the education without values. No doubt, we all are the part of this world district and a respectable member of society and always we have the ability to make extensive choices that suits best to our necessities. As per our children education we all uses the above ability, but in some extent we are failed somewhere in arena; choosing the pre-eminent education that suits best to our children to be successful and honorable person in life.

No doubt, factual education is the training of both the cranium and the heart. We might have developed physically, but not mentally or may say spiritually. As per the intention of education, the one that intend at preparing the students in expertise of self-determination and functionality is conceivably the most imperative. Not having such accepted wisdom; it is so-called off beam direction and meaningless chasing. The truth is education exclusive of skillfulness is of inferior quality and seems rejected education at all. As we see around, we may found thousand of universities and colleges which are producing degree holders on towering rate. Even they are providing skilful education to the youth for employment but the problem has another dimension and that is the absence of educational values.

Here, I will try to summarize the true meaning of values based education. Academic qualifications or academic education controls or may say sway the cranium; the head where as value¬ based education sway the heart. In fact, education is very much desirable; but education without character is too dangerous. If we want to build character in our community or in our families, we must attain a least amount of honorable and principled perspective of level education. Values such as respect, tolerance, cooperation, truthfulness, kindness, pushiness, audacity and responsibility must be practically role-modeled to become a part of behavior for the young people such as: Students will learn the values if teachers model these value themselves. Character building and teaching values formed in numerous decisive years, because a child is not born with this knowledge. Actually, we all have to understand that we need values based education, on a very high bit rate than of academic education. A person who has academic qualifications as well as value based education will always remain superior from others or may say always successful in life.

It is obviously true that gaining and learning is an enduring process that needs to be spacious and cavernous in life. The meaning of life, principles of livelihood and on the whole well-being of the general public depend on a huge scope of values we live by and the features that are made by folks within it. Education must help individuals to recognize and take up personal and shared values that they can call on to lead the decisions they make. It must help them build up a deepness of spirit and a comprehensible intellect of their own identity, integrity and other vital aspects in life. We must learn the values that are necessary to construct mass of rights and responsibilities.

There is a great call-for to endow current education being conveyed to children with values of humanity, in order to craft them so-called good human beings. This article is also set to converse the necessity of value education in an effective manner to maxim the sow of sympathy in the young brains. Young or immature mentalities have power, oblige and inquisitiveness, but need direction and indication to make their ride towards maturity and insight is to be protected and unbeatable. We all have to understand education without values is not advantageous to anyone. Values bring excellence and sense to life and give a person his uniqueness and personality. In an appropriate environment, youth can be taught, gain and express subsequent values, habits and behaviors. Society cannot prosper if its youth seems to be as bedbugs through defective learning practices and if they cannot hold productive enterprises. Indeed young minds are a lot productive soil inside which such values may cultivate and boom. Take an example of farm that needs good soil, water and atmosphere to grow though it has rewarding revenue later inside, same as a student has all potential to generate impressive results if only the cultivation in them done positively where as a student if provided terrible upbringing and poorly comprising prospectus then he may not make as per his potential. Education is required to have honorable and pious doctrine and values. Mostly, children absorb values from their parents, teachers or whatever from their elders. It is also compulsory that we intentionally edify them the exact values exactly from their infancy. What they are taught at this inauguration stage it will reside with them all through their life. Hence significance ought to be given to conveying a value-based education.

At last, value education is emerging as a challenge in front of today’s advanced world. Values based education ascends us to degrade the pillars of egoism, fear, frustration, annoyance, envy, greediness and selfishness which are ordinary in organic existence. In value education, the principle is to twist a human being who could survive as an asset to the planet and at instance sense happiness in fulfilling his actions and therefore, prolong his survival. Values are apparent in actions of an individual and that is experienced in the time of challenge. Hence, a man with right knowledge understands his existence and fall in love with human beings and other beautiful creatures. Thus, humanity surge as an innate spirit of a truly educated man. This represents his understanding and perception which is the aim of value based education.
