Israelis for Palestine: Acknowledge and repair past and current injustices

November 17th, 2009Esra'a (Bahrain)

It’s a great pleasure to introduce to you our latest project: Israelis for Palestine. This has been in the works since the beginning of October and we’re happy to finally be launching it, despite the fact that it’s still very much in its early stages. To find out what it’s all about, a simple visit to the site will reveal a great little intro.

This project was inspired by the work and activism of our Israeli author Eva, and contributors will include Israelis and Jews who work in favor of Palestinian human rights and justice. Currently, the site only aims to track down Israeli and Jewish organizations and activists doing such work, but Arabs and others are more than welcome to spread the word or participate by leaving comments on the blog posts, podcasts, and eventually videos.

For news and updates, you may follow @ifplaestine on Twitter.

Eva is currently in charge of leading this effort. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch with her.

  2. Congrats Esra’a, and for all the MidEast Youthians over this great achievement! The website looks great, whether its interface, smoothness, or interactivity, I really like the experience of browsing it!

I think the website would be a peaceful, yet fierce, platform for both sides to share views and opinions about the conflict and ways for resolution.

Congrats for MidEast Youth Organization over this newborn added to the big family of MidEast Youth.

    Proud to be a member!

    Green Greetings of Peace!
