Description: Currently residing in Bahrain. Moved here in January 2005 from Japan. Recently retired from US Navy and starting a new life as a garage owner, car customizer/fabricator, import/export. Born 29 December 1964 in Sasebo, Japan. Mother is Japanese and father was Scottish-American. Lived extensively both in Japan and in the USA. I am single and I have four children and two grandchildren. My passion is, as you already can figure- cars and racing. I love motorsports. My other passions are boardsports (surf, skate, wake, snow), travel, music (a lot of it), guitar/drums (I suck at them, but hey!), coffee, working with my hands and taking someone's garbage and making something beautiful and useful with it.I can be very blunt sometimes, but I am not a fun sponge (someone who just sucks all the fun out of any situation). I thrive on constructive, honest communication (nobody ever got far from just "nice" talk). I am just human, and I will make mistakes. I have recently officially embraced Islam. This was a natural progression for me, since I can identify with many points in my life and character that is mirrored in true Islam. I am a firm believer in equality between the two genders (how can I not be? I have two daughters and one granddaughter, and I want them to have every opportunity as my sons).Oh! I am long-winded with my writing. I start and have to make myself bring things to closure!
